Terms of Use

Dost AI Solutions, S.L. (hereinafter Dost), is an online service to automate different aspects of a business. These conditions set out the rights and obligations of the user and of Dost as service provider.

Dost will assume that any user who uses the service has read and accepted the terms of use, and Dost reserves the right to update and modify the Terms of Use without any prior notice, as they are always available at the mydost.ai

Dost, with NIF B42900464 and address at Calle Calabria 232, 3-2, 08029 in Barcelona, registered in the Mercantile registry of Barcelona, provides the Dost Web Site and its realted services in accordance with the terms established below

This agreement will be valid from the date on which you mark the box of acceptance of this agreement that appears at the foot of this document. New features that could be added to the Services will be subject to the Terms of Use. In the event that the user continues to use the Service after any modification, he will assume his compliance with said modifications. You can always consult the most recent version of the conditions of use at https://mydost.ai.

Failure to comply with any of the Terms of Use may result in the cancellation of your account

1. Account conditions

To access the service it is essential to be over the age of sixteen (16). You must provide a complete legal number, an email address, and all the information required by Dost in the account creation process. It is the user's responsibility to provide truthful information, and Dost reserves the right to delete any account, if its veracity is suspected or if it could violate any of Dost's rules of use.

The user is responsible for maintaining the privacy of his account. Dost will not be responsible for any damage or loss that may be the result of a user error in protecting their access information.

The parties agree to legally equate the customer's autograph signature with that made by means of any other type of key, code or identifying security element. Not with standing the foregoing, the Service provider may require written confirmation from the client when deemed necessary.

2. Types of contract

The hiring of a Dost payment plan starts when the user enters the card details and makes a first payment. Under no circumstances will refunds be made. The limits of each tariff are specified in the pricing section of mydost.ai/es/pricing-es/. If the user exceeds any of the limits of his rate, he will have to increase the rate. Dost reserves the right to modify the rate unilaterally and at any time, without granting any right of compensation on the part of the users to said change.

3. Payment and access

To make payments, it is necessary to present a valid bank card. No need to create or use a free account. Dost will periodically charge you a recurring fee depending on the type of account you have contracted.

The Service is charged each period in advance and is non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of the Service, nor will there be refunds in the event that the user does not use the Service during the period of time in which the account is open. In no case will exceptions be made.

The client accepts that it will not be necessary to confirm receipt of the acceptance of the contract when it has been celebrated exclusively via electronic communication.

In the case the user charges the account level for his volume of documents, his card will not be charged with the new amount until the following billing date. From now on, the next bill will be charged to your card for the new amount, unless the account is cancelled.

In case of non-payment or return of the receipt, you will be notified of the breach and you will automatically lose the ability to access the Service. The data will be deleted within thirty (30) days from the date of non-compliance. No rate includes taxes or fees required by governmental authorities. The user is responsible for the payment of these taxes and obligations. The user decides who has the right to enter their account with the rile they consider appropriate.

4. Modifications of the service and plans

Dost reserves the right to modify or suspend, temporarily or permanently, the Service at any time and for any reason with or without prior notice if it deems it appropriate. Dost reserves the right to change the monthly fees with 15 days' notice. Notification of fee changes will be published on the Dost website and in writing.

5. Cancellation and termination

The user is responsible for the correct cancellation of his account. You can cancel your account ay any time through the profile menu. Once your account is canceled, all your content will be deleted after thirty (30) days. the user can cancel his account at any time, but he will be responsible for all charges made up to that point, including the full monthly charge for the month in which the service is suspended. From then on, you will not be charged. Dost reserves the right to cancel an account or prevent the use of the software to those who do not comply with these conditions of use.

6. Copyright and intellectual property

Dost owns all the intellectual property rights of all and any of the components of the service that can be protected, including but not limited to the number of the service, graphic material, all the software associated with the service and the elements of the user interface contained in the service, many of the individual characteristics and related documentation. The user undertakes not to copy, adapt, reproduce, distribute, apply reverse engineering, decompile, or disguise any facet of the service that Dost posed. The user also accepts and undertakes not to use robots, spiders, other automated devices, or manual processes to control or copy any content of the service. Dost will not claim rights over the intellectual property of the content that the user uploads or provides to the service. However, by using the service to send content, the user accepts that third parties can see and share this content sent by the user.

7. General conditions

The user is fully responsible for the access and correct use of Dost subject to the law in force, whether national or international, as well as the principles of good faith, morality, good manners and public order, and specifically acquires the commitment to diligently observe the present General Conditions of Use.

The user agrees not to resell, duplicate, reproduce or exploit any part of the Service without the express written consent of Dost. The user may not use the Service to store, host, or send harmful or unsolicited email (spam).

The user understands that the Service can be used for the transmission of its Content, and that during this process, its Content, including invoices, payment notices, and personal messages, can be transferred unencrypted over the internet. The user cannot use the service to transmit any virus, worm, or any type of malicious or harmful content.

Dost makes no guarantees regarding your ability to use the Service, your satisfaction with the service, that the service is available at all times, uninterruptedly, and without errors, the accuracy of the mathematical calculations carried out by the service, and the correctness of Service errors.

Neither Dost, nor its partners, nor its sponsors are responsible for any direct, indirect, secondary, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or any other type of damage that arises or is related in any way to the use that the user makes of the service. The user can only resolve his dissatisfaction with the Service by ceasing to use it and canceling his account.

The Terms of Use establish an absolute understanding between the user and Dost with respect to the Service and prevail over any previous agreement reached between the user and Dost. The Conditions, and your relationship with Dost according to these Conditions, will be governed by the laws of Spain. The user and Dost agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona to resolve any legal issue in relation to the Conditions.

8. Security and privacy

Dost AI Solutions S.L complies with current regulations on confidentiality and security of confidential data.

The data the users enter in Dost are hosted on Microsoft serves in the European Union, thus guaranteeing both data hosting regulations and the highest levels of security and accessibility on the market. Dost AI Solutions S.L and its employees have access to account data with the aim of improving the service as well as offering a good support service. All Dost employees and partners have a signed a confidentiality

9. Returns policy

Monthly subscriptions: if at any time during the first 30 days using Dost you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us at soporte@mydost.ai. We will do everything possible to find a solution to your needs, and if it is not possible, we will refund your money. If you are not satisfied, we will gladly offer you a FULL REFUND for your purchase, and convert your account to the free plan.

Annual Subscriptions: Dost does not oblige you to contract annually. We prefer that you can choose. In exchange for taking out the annual subscription and as a thank you for the commitment, we offer a significant discount at already very competitive rates. If during the first 30 days after contracting your annual subscription you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us at soporte@mydost.ai. We will do everything possible to find a solution to your needs, and if it is not possible, we will refund your money. If you are not satisfied, we will gladly offer you a FULL REFUND for your purchase, and convert your account to the free plan.

Renewal of subscriptions: For your convenience, subscriptions are automatically renewed until you cancel the subscription. We know that sometimes customers forget to cancel an account they no longer want until it has already been charged. That is why you can cancel your monthly/annual subscription, through the configuration - Account in your recovered account, even 7 working days after its renewal date, and we will still process your cancellation and give you a full refund.

Exception to our returns policy: We will not accept refund requests from users who have suspended or terminated the service for breach of our terms and conditions.
